Payment For Services

Vetcision accepts cash, local personal checks, ATM, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and CareCredit. Please speak with our business manager for more information.

Payment is due at the time of services. For patients who are admitted to the hospital, a deposit based upon 75% of the low end of our estimated treatment plan will be required, with the balance due upon discharge from the hospital. Treatment plan estimates are updated daily if the patient requires continued hospitalization.

Coupons for Services

Vetcision will honor coupons for emergency and specialty care from other regional specialty centers. Vetcision, at our discretion, will determine whether a valid coupon has been presented.

Cash Discounts

Clients can now earn a 2% savings on all invoices if paid with a cash or check.

Organization Discounts

Discounts are available to certain organizations and professional groups. Call to see if you qualify.

Pet Insurance

We accept all pet insurance carriers like Trupanion and Veterinary Pet Insurance (VPI).

Care Credit

Care Credit offers several financing options including an interest free payment plan. Approval for credit is fast and easy and can be handled by a Vetcision team member during your appointment.

In-House Vetcision Payment Plan

For those who do not qualify for Care Credit, Vetcision may offer a healthcare payment option. This in-house payment plan will require at least a 50% initial deposit. The balance of the final invoice can be spread out over a three, six, nine, or twelve month period. Ask to speak with our business manager to arrange this financing option.

Zero Down Payment Plan

For those who do not qualify for any other plan, Vetcision may offer a zero down payment option upto a maximum of $2,000. A full credit check of the pet owner is required. This outside payment plan requires an initiation charge of $9.95, then $3.95 a month. Ask to speak with our business manager to arrange this financing option. You will need to bring a cancelled check, driver's licenses and a credit card.
